Connor suffered serious injuries in the collision and, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, later passed away in the hospital. His grief-stricken mother shared an emotional tribute, describing Connor as “the live wire of the family with the biggest heart. She spoke of how he adored his siblings, especially his baby sister, and cherished his friends.

The devastating impact of this loss on the family and their friends is palpable. The mother expressed how the family is struggling to cope with the tragedy but acknowledged the overwhelming support they have received from Connor’s friends and extended family members. She believes Connor would have been proud of the support and love shown during this trying time, and ended her tribute with the poignant words, “Fly high my darling boy.”

Essex Police are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident. They are providing necessary support to Connor’s family and are actively appealing to the public for any information or dashcam footage that could assist in their inquiries.
