CCTV Appeal Following Robbery and Serious Assault in Maidstone

Kent Police have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into a robbery and serious assault that occurred in Maidstone.

The incident took place at around 2.20 am on 3 August 2024 in Pudding Lane, where a woman allegedly assaulted a man after an earlier altercation during which she reportedly stole his phone.

The woman is accused of pushing the victim to the ground and striking him multiple times before leaving the scene with a man. The pair are then alleged to have continued the assault in the Medway Street car park, where they repeatedly hit the victim’s head against a vehicle.

As a result of the attack, the victim sustained a broken leg, and a second phone was damaged.

Kent Police have now released CCTV images of two individuals they believe may have information that could help with the investigation. Officers are urging anyone who recognises the individuals or has information to come forward.

Those with information are asked to contact the west Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/129376/24.
