A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of Gary Nicol in Livingston, Scotland. The arrest was made on Friday, 11 October, 2024, approximately two weeks after the incident occurred.
Nicol, 50, was discovered with severe injuries on Bankton Lane in Livingston during the early hours of Thursday, 26 September. Emergency services were called to the scene around 02:00 but despite their efforts, Nicol succumbed to his injuries.
