As part of the appeal, officers are releasing CCTV stills of two of the four males believed to have carried out the attack.
The incident happened at approximately 2.45pm on Thursday, 1 October in Richmond Road, Ilford. The victim – a 16-year-old male – was attacked by four males who jumped out of blue VW Passat car. One of the suspects was armed with a knife and stabbed him in the arm.
