A 44-year-old man has been hospitalized with potentially life-changing injuries following a shooting in Brixton early this morning.

A thorough search of the area led to the recovery of several shell casings, indicating multiple shots were fired.

In response, the Metropolitan Police have assured the public that they are doing everything possible to apprehend those responsible and prevent further incidents. Additional patrols will be conducted in the area to provide reassurance to the community.
