Kent Police are appealing for information after three horses were stolen from a paddock in Hartley, near New Ash Green, overnight between Thursday, 21 November, and Friday, 22 November 2024.
Details of the Theft
The theft occurred at a location near Church Road, where offenders reportedly damaged fencing to gain access to the paddock. It is believed the horses were then led through nearby fields onto Ash Road before being loaded into a horsebox parked near the Royal Oak pub.
The stolen horses include:
- Two white horses, one with a particularly long mane.
- A brown foal with a distinctive white stripe on her face.
Investigation Underway
Officers have been working closely with the victim and are analyzing important CCTV footage recovered from multiple locations. Police are urging residents in the area to check their doorbell cameras and CCTV systems for any activity that might help identify the offenders or the stolen horsebox.
