Portsmouth Pub Sealed off following serious assault
An area outside Little Johnny Russell’s public house on Albert Road has been sealed off by police following a serious assault. Eyewitnesses say that two men left the pub before assaulting a third close to the taxi rank. The assailants – one very tall, another very short – were seen fleeing from the scene at approximately 1am. The area outside LJRs has become a hotspot for violence at the weekends. Anybody with any information is asked to call Portsmouth police on 101.
