A strong chemical smell reportedly led to the evacuation of the Smallholders Club in Springvale, Gillingham, on Tuesday night. Emergency services, including four fire engines, South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb), and Kent Police, attended the scene to ensure public safety.
