East Sussex Fire and Rescue are attending a fire on the 1st floor of a property in Seaside Road, #Eastbourne. They currently have six fire fighters committed into the property who are using 6 breathing apparatus. They are also using a two hose reel jets in attempts to bring the fire under control.
UPDATE:03.25am: The fire is now out and two appliances remain on scene damping down. All persons accounted for.
