The family and friends of a missing man named Billy are appealing for information as efforts to locate him continue.
Billy was last seen on Thursday and was last spoken to on Friday, according to a message shared by those close to him.
Police reference 01/817509/26 has been provided for information relating to the search.
In an emotional appeal, Billy’s family described him as a kind, caring and selfless person who would regularly help others.
They said he was known for going out of his way to support people in his community, including helping elderly neighbours and delivering food parcels.
“There is a lot more to the situation than we can share publicly, but right now, all that matters is finding Billy,” the appeal said.
The family urged anyone who may have seen Billy, spoken to him or knows anything about his whereabouts to come forward, no matter how insignificant the information may seem.
They said: “We just need to know where he is and pray that he’s safe.”
Anyone with information should contact police on 101, quoting reference 01/817509/26.
The family is also asking people to share the appeal in the hope it may help locate Billy and bring him home safely.
