A grim discovery has been made in Leicestershire as police find a body amid the hunt for a missing man who vanished three days ago.
Missing Man Last Seen Leaving Home
Mark Parry, 45, was last seen on Wednesday afternoon at his East Shilton home, Leicestershire Police revealed.
He reportedly left carrying a holdall and a rucksack, sparking concerns for his welfare from both family and officers.
Body Discovered Near Thornton Reservoir
On Saturday, a body was found at Thornton Reservoir, nearly ten miles from where Mark was last spotted.
Though formal identification is still pending, police believe the body is that of Mark Parry.
His family have been informed and are receiving support from officers. Authorities have confirmed there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
