A Burnley drug dealer has finally been locked up after being caught twice carrying heroin and crack cocaine.
Dealer Ditches Van in Police Chase
On 8 December last year, David Green, 41, was spotted on Plumbe Street driving a VW Caddy in the middle of a suspected drug deal. When police tried to stop him, he slammed the accelerator and fled the scene.
But cops searched his van and uncovered a stash of 12 knotted bags of crack cocaine and four of heroin. They also found two iPhones, with texts that clearly showed drug dealing activity.
