Police want to speak to him after serious threats to kill were made by a man asked to leave a property in Blackpool in July.
Redmond, who also uses the surnames Newall and Redmon, as well as the name Thomas Roberts, is originally from Liverpool and speaks with a Liverpool accent, but his last known address was is in St Annes.
Aside from those places, he has links to the wider Merseyside area, Blackpool and Lytham.
Redmond is described as around 5ft 4ins, of small build with hazel eyes and shoulder length red hair.
