Trump Insider Blasts President’s Iran War Tactics

One of Donald Trump’s top White House advisers has slammed the President’s handling of the war with Iran. David Sacks, Trump’s own AI and cryptocurrency chief, warned the Middle East conflict could spiral out of control — with Israel possibly considering nuclear weapons.

Speaking on the All-In podcast, Sacks blasted the “escalatory approach” in the region. “Israel could get seriously destroyed. Then you have to worry about Israel escalating the war by contemplating using a nuclear weapon,” he warned.

Trump Ally Demands Swift Exit, Ceasefire with Iran

Sacks is the highest-ranking Trump official to publicly oppose the military campaign. A close ally and backer of Vice President JD Vance, he argued the US has already crippled its main targets in Iran. “It’s time to declare victory and get out,” he insisted.

“We need some sort of ceasefire agreement or negotiated settlement with Iran,” Sacks added. His call for calm aligns with Vance’s cautious approach, sharply contrasting with hardliners like Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Deadly Strikes Spark Bloody Retaliation

The brutal conflict erupted on 28 February when US and Israeli forces killed Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in surprise strikes. In retaliation, Iran and Hezbollah launched fierce counterattacks, leaving over 1,300 Iranians dead. Israel has lost 12 soldiers, while 13 US troops have died so far.

The war has rocked global markets and sent oil prices soaring, piling pressure on Washington to find a way out.

Is Trump’s Iran War Strategy About to Shift?

Sacks’ public break signals potential cracks inside the White House. With key figures now urging talks and de-escalation, the big question is: Will Trump’s administration finally seek peace — or is a fiery showdown still on the horizon?
