Laura Osborne was last seen at 10.30am in the Granary Road area of Paddock Wood on Saturday 31 December 2022.
The teenager is described as white, around five feet three inches tall with shoulder-length brown hair which she may have tied up into a bun.
Laura also has a black henna tattoo of a flower on her left hand.
She was last seen wearing a black round neck long sleeved top with a black coat which has a fur hood.
Officers believe Laura may be in the #TunbridgeWells area or may have travelled to #Basildon or #London.
