Emoke Stebhani was reported missing from the Tonbridge Road area at around 10.40am on Friday 17 November 2023.
Emoke is described as being around five feet and four inches tall and of a slim build, with blue eyes and shoulder-length, brown hair.
She was last seen wearing purple, shiny, ankle boots, purple or blue tracksuit bottoms, and a grey rucksack.
Officers are concerned for her welfare and are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 999, quoting reference 17-0393.
