Joseph Bruno is 48 years old and is said to have left the hospital at around 9.30am on Saturday 8 July. There are medical concerns related to Joseph, who usually wears a protective hat on his head and who may sometimes have difficulty engaging with people.

It is believed that he initially travelled to Bluewater and from there used the bus network. Joseph is thought to have then headed towards the Bexleyheath and Woolwich areas of London.
