Last Seen Early Morning
Jack was last spotted locally at around 5.34am, according to Devon and Cornwall Police. Officers are “very concerned” for his welfare.
Description and Whereabouts
- White male, about 5ft 11in tall
- Dark hair with short facial hair
- Neck and arm tattoos
- Has connections to the Torquay area in Devon
