Police searching for ulnerable missing man in Surrey

Surrey Police are appealing for information from the public to help find a vulnerable missing man who is believed to be in Box Hill. Officers are concerned for the welfare of James Hamilton from Epsom who has not been in touch with family or friends since yesterday morning (Thursday, 20 October). The 27-year-old is described as white, around 6ft tall, of a slim build and having short brown hair. He was last seen wearing grey jogging bottoms and a khaki jacket. Officers have located James’s car off Zig Zag Road in Box Hill. Inspector Ken Bates, said: “Officers are growing increasingly concerned for James’s welfare. We believe he is still in the vicinity of Box Hill and I would urge any dog walkers or local people out for a walk to remain vigilant and immediately report any sightings of James to police.” Surrey Search and Rescue (@SurreySAR) volunteers and a police helicopter are also assisting in the search for James. Anyone with any information on Georges’ whereabouts or who may have seen him should contact Surrey Police immediately on 101 and quote the reference number 45160092664.
