Witness Appeal After Armed Robbery in Westlea, Swindon

An urgent appeal for witnesses has been launched following an armed robbery that took place this afternoon (02/12) in Westlea, Swindon.

At approximately 4.30 pm, two masked men carried out an armed robbery at the Betfred store located in the West Swindon District Centre. The suspects reportedly threatened a cashier with a knife before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of money, which was carried away in a green carrier bag.
