Former Wiltshire Police Constable Callum Denley, aged 20, from Malmesbury, has pleaded guilty to a series of charges relating to indecent images of children. The plea was entered today at %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_0%% Magistrates’ Court.
Denley, who was immediately suspended as soon as the force became aware of the offences, resigned from his position as a constable before his %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_1%% appearance.
Details of the Charges
Denley faced a total of five charges, which include:

Making indecent images of %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_2%% – including images classified as Category A, B, and C (with Category A being the most severe).

Possession of an extreme pornographic image.

Possession of a prohibited image of a child.
The offences relate to the discovery of indecent images, which were seized as part of an %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_3%% conducted after the allegations surfaced.
Police Response
Following the discovery of the offences, %%UKNIP_ANCHOR_4%% took immediate action by suspending Denley from duty. He subsequently resigned, and the force has since issued a statement condemning his actions.
