The family of 36-year-old Chereiss Bailey have paid a heartbreaking tribute after her body was found in water near Ryders Green Road, West Bromwich, on Tuesday, 7 October.

Two Charged Over Chereiss Bailey’s Death

West Midlands Police have charged two people in connection with the investigation. John Anslow, 64, appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on 9 October, facing charges of murder and preventing lawful burial. Alongside him was Hayley-Marie Ferguson, 41, charged with preventing lawful burial and assisting an offender.

Both suspects are due back at Wolverhampton crown-court/" title="Crown Court" rel="nofollow">Crown Court today, 10 October, for a further hearing.
