Firefighters are tackling a major eight-pump blaze at a property on Christchurch Avenue, NW6, after reports of people inside the building.
The London Fire Brigade confirmed crews were called shortly after 1am to the address near Kilburn High Road. At least eight fire engines and specialist units are at the scene.
Further updates, including casualty figures and cause of the fire, are expected later this morning.
