Police in Kent stopped this vehicle after officers spotted it the A249 near #Sittingbourne with 7 persons on board on Tuesday evening.

Three of those aboard were children who were seven,five and one year old none in appropriate seats!

Both rear tyres also in a state. Absolutely shocking. Police ordered a taxi and driver has been reported for summons to court. #fatal4 ^DJ
