Blackwall tunnel closed following serious traffic collision

The #BlackwallTunnel has been closed southbound following a collision inside the tunnel. Southbound #A12 traffic is slow moving back beyond the #Bow Flyover. Traffic is also slow moving on the East India Dock Road. https://youtu.be/uykOWnA_XQo Long queues are being reports and drivers are being advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes
