Cranbrook Horror crash leaves three with life changing injuries

A serious head on collision in Gills Green near Cranbrook is being investigated by Kent Police this evening. https:///www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKbuvukvUbA&feature=youtu.be Emergency services were called to the Hawkhurst Road Cranbrook Road just after 8pm on Wednesday evening. The major road between Maidstone and Tunbridge Well has been closed for over eight hours. Specialist forensic collision scene officers remain at the scene and have launched an investigation following the two vehicle collision between a 4×4 Ranger rover sport and a second vehicle. https:///youtu.be/rOoQt5QBIkc   Firefighters from Kent fire and Rescue responded to the  reports of a serious crash involving two vehicles on Gill Green. They used cutting equipment to free those involved from the vehicle. They were left in the care of Paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance service. Three people have been taken to hospital after treatment by paramedics. Crews assisted Kent Police with making the scene safe and preparing for an investigation.   UPDATE 4.15am . The vehicles involved have been recovered on the back of two low loaders by Police contractors and a clean up operation has taken place. The effected road has now been reopened.
