This disclosure has brought to light a sophisticated and aggressive operation involving clans of truck drivers, primarily from the Argesi region in Romania, specifically from the town of Ratești.

Modus Operandi of the Thieves: According to the informant, these groups operate in clans of 5 to 6 trucks, engaging in large-scale diesel theft. They reportedly employ specialized equipment, including buttons to start pumps and 40-meter hoses, indicating a high level of organization and planning. The vehicles used in these operations are predominantly Scania Euro 5 trucks.
