Three teenagers have been charged with the murder of a man found brutalised in a New Marske alleyway.
Man Found Seriously Injured in Alleyway
Paul Miller, 37, from Saltburn, was discovered with severe injuries between Dale Street and Arthur Terrace just after 8pm last Friday. Despite desperate efforts, he later died from his wounds.
Teen Trio Charged with Murder
Cleveland Police have charged 19-year-olds Ryan Chilvers and Jake Scott, and 18-year-old Luke Stubbs with murder. Another 37-year-old man, first arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released on conditional bail.

“He was silly and funny, but also kind and would do anything to help people,” said Paul Miller’s family. “The best son in the world, who loved his sisters, nieces, family and friends so much.”
The quiet community is reeling from the savage attack in what locals describe as a peaceful area.
