The A22 at the Cop Hall roundabout was closed in both directions following a serious collision today (Sunday, March 20). Emergency services responded after the collision involving two motorcycles at about 3.30pm. The southbound carriageway has reopened, and the northbound carriageway is expected to reopen shortly. Police thank motorists for their patience while officers responded to this incident. Officers are appealing for anyone who saw what happened or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
