At 7:47 am, officers were called to the scene between Kings Worthy and Winnall after reports that a tree had fallen onto a car.
- The driver of a black Mercedes E350, a man in his 60s, was tragically confirmed deceased at the scene. His family has been informed and is being supported by officers.
- A silver Skoda Kodiaq was also damaged in the incident, though no other injuries were reported.
