Arson attack at an industrial site in Swanley, sparking a large-scale response from Kent Fire and Rescue Service

This morning, July 17, a fire broke out in an office building located at Lincoln’s Inn Fields, Holborn. The London Fire Brigade responded promptly, dispatching four fire engines and approximately 25 firefighters to the scene. The call came in at 6:15 AM, and by 7:50 AM, the fire was successfully brought under control.

The blaze damaged half of a storage room situated on the fourth floor of the five-storey office building. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The swift response and efforts of the fire crews from Soho, Euston, and Dowgate fire stations were instrumental in containing the fire and preventing further damage.

As investigations continue, the area around the building remains cordoned off to ensure the safety of the public and to allow authorities to carry out a thorough examination of the site. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
