A total of four more arrests have been carried out in connection with the ongoing murder investigation following the tragic death of a man in Weston-super-Mare earlier this week.

They found 43-year-old Dominic Wilson in a seriously injured state, having suffered a stab injury. Despite the immediate efforts of officers and paramedics, Mr. Wilson sadly lost his life at the scene.
Initial arrests were made on Monday when two men in their 40s were taken into custody on suspicion of murder. However, they have subsequently been released without charge. On Tuesday, two more arrests occurred, with one man in his 40s and another in his 50s detained on suspicion of assisting an offender. Like the previous suspects, they have also been released without charge.
In recent developments, a 39-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder. They are currently in police custody. Last night, Wednesday, November 29th, three more arrests were made, involving men aged 26, 33, and 36, all on suspicion of murder. They also remain in police custody.
DCI Simon Dewfall, who leads the Major Crime Investigation Team, expressed condolences to Dominic’s family, emphasizing that they are being provided with support by specially trained officers during this difficult time. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, with a police cordon still in place.
