House fire breaks out in Battersea

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers were called to a fire at a house in Buckmaster Road, Battersea. A small part of a cupboard under stairs was damaged by fire. The Brigade was called at 1251 and the fire was under control at 1329. Fire crews from Battersea, Clapham, Wandsworth, and Tooting fire stations attended the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation
