Motorists are facing huge delays after a overturned van on the A27 eastbound towards Havant.
Traffic queueing back to M27 Fareham after 3 lanes of A27 eastbound have been closed due to an earlier incident.
A recovery operation is now under way Hampshire Constabulary and Highways Agency are in attendance.
Hampshire Constabulary have been approached for comment.
