Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to reports of a crash involving five vehicles on the slip road for Junction 3 of the M2, near Blue Bell Hill, Chatham

Three fire engines attended alongside SECAmb and Kent Police, and crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to rescue one person, who was trapped inside a vehicle. They were passed into the care of paramedics.

Firefighters have left the scene but people are advised to check for traffic updates before travelling to the affected area.
