Police are no longer looking to find Connor Wright, 21, in connection with a disturbance outside a restaurant in #Fullbridge.
A man from #Heybridge was charged with assault by beating and criminal damage and he is due at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 15 September.
It follows reports that car window was smashed during a disturbance near McDonald’s off the A414 on Monday 23 September 2019.
The driver suffered cuts to his hands and face from glass fragments.
