A pedestrian and a child were taken to hospital following a collision involving a bus on Kidbrooke Park Road this afternoon.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police provided the following statement:
“Police were called at 13:23hrs on Sunday, 23 February to an incident where a male pedestrian was hit by a bus on Kidbrooke Park Road, SE3. A road closure was put in place while emergency services attended the scene. Both the pedestrian and a child passenger on the bus were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.”

While initial reports suggest the incident was accidental, police are continuing to investigate the circumstances leading up to the collision. Officers have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area to come forward to assist with the investigation.
