Police appeal after another stabbing at a railway station has been carried out

British Transport Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault at Manchester Victoria on Friday 29 March.

Officers attended the station at 9.15pm following reports of a man being stabbed.

Two people have been arrested. No further suspects are being sought.

The victim was taken to hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. 

Those involved are believed to be known to each other.
