The boys, who cannot be identified due to their ages, are 15-year-old and two 16-year-olds. They were arrested on Tuesday night at a hotel in Rhyl, North Wales, and will appear before Wolverhampton magistrates tomorrow (4 Feb).
Bailey was assaulted in the early hours of Saturday on the High Street near Asda. He was taken to the hospital but died as a result of his injuries. A post-mortem examination revealed that the 20-year-old from Bloxwich died from multiple stab wounds.
