Warwickshire Police are urgently appealing for witnesses after a serious collision involving two vehicles near Tamworth left two people fighting for their lives.
The crash occurred at approximately 6.45pm yesterday on the canal bridge on Bodymoor Heath Road, close to the junction with Dog Lane.
Officers are working to piece together the circumstances that led to the crash and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
