Emergency Services were alerted to the incident at 3:44 am on Tuesday, July 4. Upon arrival, they found that a Mercedes car had collided with a pedestrian, trapping the young man underneath the vehicle. Despite the efforts of emergency services, including paramedics from the London Ambulance Service" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="54464">London Ambulance Service (LAS), the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been released, and efforts are underway to inform his next of kin.
