A 60-year-old British man is being held in Dubai after filming Iranian missiles during a holiday, sparking fresh security concerns. He was arrested at Bur Dubai police station on Monday as regional tensions soared following US strikes and ongoing missile activity in the Gulf.
Campaign group Detained in Dubai is supporting the tourist’s family. So far, it’s unclear if the footage was shared online. No charges have been filed yet, and he may be released without further action.
