Driver remains fighting for their life following Ashford Collison

Witnesses are being sought by police as part of an investigation in to a serious collision in Ashford.

The collision involving a blue Vauxhall Vivaro van and a grey Ford Focus took place at the junction of Magpie Hall Road and Ashford Road between 1.45pm and 1.55pm on Monday 2 December 2019.

A man was taken to a London hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

A further two people reported injuries and were treated at a local hospital.

A 33-year-old man from Ashford was arrested in connection with the incident and released under investigation.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are investigating and would like to speak to any witnesses or anyone who might have CCTV or dashcam footage of the collision or either vehicle beforehand.
