Train Chaos on Isle of Wight After Man Found Injured Beside Tracks

Train services ground to a halt on the Isle of Wight this afternoon after a man was found injured beside the railway line in Ryde. Emergency teams rushed to St Johns Railway Station following the shocking discovery just before lunchtime.

Man Found Bloodied and Injured

The man, who is conscious and breathing, suffered facial injuries. Paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service are currently treating him near the tracks heading towards Ryde Esplanade. His condition, while serious due to the bloodied face, is stable for now.

Trains Suspended Amid Incident

South Western Railway confirmed the incident has caused a full suspension of services in both directions, citing it as a trespassing case. No trains are running while emergency crews attend the scene.
