Man arrested and Bailed after Woman Death in Southsea

Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman, who fell from a window of a flat in Southsea, have arrested a man in connection with the incident. The 46-year-old man from Southsea has been bailed until March 24. The 40-year-old woman fell from the window of a third floor flat in Clarendon House, Clarendon Road, Southsea, at around 9.40am yesterday (Sunday, Feb 12). She died from her injuries at Southampton General Hospital. There was a man seen in the street at the time of the incident, who alerted somebody to call 999. We would like to speak to him as he may hold information useful to our investigation.
