Kent Police have charged a man following a serious stabbing in Gillingham.
Stabbing on Mill Road
Officers and paramedics rushed to Mill Road at 11:48am on Wednesday, 18 March 2026. They found a teenage male with stab wounds. The victim was treated on-site before being taken to the hospital. His injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
Suspect Arrested and Charged
Daniel Barrie, 28, of Mill Road, Gillingham, was arrested at the scene. He now faces two charges: grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed weapon in public. Barrie is set to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 19 March 2026.
