Man Reportedly Hit by Train Between Staplehurst and Marden

  Emergency services were called to the railway line between Staplehurst and Marden at around 9.40pm tonight following reports that a man had been struck by a train. British Transport Police and paramedics are currently at the scene. The condition of the individual involved has not yet been confirmed. A spokesperson for Southeastern said:

“We are working closely with emergency services following reports of a person being struck by a train between Staplehurst and Marden. Services in the area are severely disrupted while the incident is dealt with.”
