The London Fire Brigade confirmed the fire erupted in a rooftop bar area of the six-storey building. Firefighters from Kensington, Hammersmith, Chelsea, and nearby stations responded fast with 12 fire engines, launching a full-on assault against the flames.

Crews deployed a massive 32-metre turntable ladder as an observation tower, providing commanders with a vital bird’s-eye view. This high-tech tactic helped direct efforts and tame the fire more effectively.

The emergency call came in at 12:57am. After almost three hours of intense firefighting, the blaze was under control by 3:36am. Authorities have opened an investigation into the cause.
