Reward offered for wanted stalker

Police trying to trace Malcolm David Howell, 53, from Hove, in connection with enquiries into stalking allegations are offering a £500 reward for information leading to his arrest. Also known as John Dory, with the nickname “Fish”, Howell is described as white, 5’8”, of stocky build and with mousy-coloured hair. He is known to frequent Portslade and Brighton city centre. Detective Inspector Ian Still, senior investigating officer, said: “We need to speak to this man as soon as possible and are offering £500 for information that will enable us to make an arrest.” Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact Sussex Police online or by phoning 101, quoting serial 1342 of 26/06
