Also known as John Dory or by his nickname “Fish”, Howell is described as white, 5’8” tall, stocky build, with mousy-coloured hair. He’s often spotted around Portslade and Brighton city centre.

“We need to speak to this man as soon as possible and are offering £500 for information that will enable us to make an arrest,” said Detective Inspector Ian Still, leading the hunt.
